1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Podcast Monkey, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Accounts are created with email and password through Firebase Authentication. New accounts must verify their email address before using the dashboard.
2. The service
Podcast Monkey lets you upload episodes, host media, and distribute public feeds to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Castbox, Pandora, Pocket Casts, and Podcast Addict. Platform acceptance, ranking, and catalog rules are controlled by those third parties, not by us.
3. Plans
Paid plans are described on Pricing. Unused episode allotments do not roll over.
- Starter — $12 / month · 2 episodes / month · 2 GB storage.
- Pro — $29 / month · 4 episodes / month · 25 GB storage · transcripts.
- Premium — $79 / month · 12 episodes / month · unlimited storage · 10 seats · 99.9% monthly uptime target.
Fees are billed in advance, exclusive of taxes. Unused storage allotments do not roll over. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice; the new rate applies at the next renewal.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in the show you upload. You grant us a license to store, transcode, transmit, and distribute that content as needed to run the service and the platforms you enable. You represent that you have the rights (including music, guests, and trademarks) to publish the material.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not attempt to break into the service, scrape non-public data, or overwhelm our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that platforms reject for policy violations.
6. Availability
Starter and Pro are provided as-is, without an uptime commitment. Premium includes a 99.9% monthly uptime target for the hosting and publish APIs, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours ahead and third-party platform outages. Credits, if any, are the exclusive remedy for missing that target.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period. We do not prorate the current month. After cancellation or non-payment, we may delete media following a 14-day grace period. Export your RSS and files before then.
8. Disclaimers & limits
The service and this docs site are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or uninterrupted operation to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
